Meet the Edwards Lake Dental Staff
Susan LeCroy
Susan is the office administrator at Edwards Lake Dental, and it’s her smiling face that greets patients and other visitors as they come in the door. Checking patients in, filing insurance, and streamlining patients in and out are just a few of Susan’s responsibilities at Edwards Lake Dental.
Susan, mother of 3 daughters, is actively involved at New Life Baptist Church. Running the nursery at church and being the pastors wife are some of things that keeps Susan busy.
Amanda Roddam
Hygienist Amanda Roddam has been with Edwards Lake Dental for 15 years, starting out as an assistant to Dr. Rasberry. She later completed the dental hygienist program at UAB’s School of Dentistry and nine-and-a-half years ago, was promoted to her present position.
“I love my job, I love my patients, and I love the people who work here,” says Amanda.
But Amanda also considers her job a mission to give her patients the information they need for practicing good dental hygiene and let them know why it’s so important.
“Educating my patients is something I really enjoy,” she says. “People often don’t understand that good dental health has a lot to do with maintaining their overall health, and part of my job is to help them see that.”
Married for 11 years, Amanda has two daughters and a stepson. She grew up in and still lives in the Birmingham area.
Jaiden Domer
Jaiden is our assistant at Edwards Lake Dental. Her wonderful personality and calming demeanor helps all our our patients to relax and be comfortable during your dental visits.
